I needed a key and fob for a truck I just bought. They were able to order both in a couple of days. We set up a time to meet and Jeff was there early. He had everything programmed in about 1/2 hour and we were off and running. Good price also.

I purchased a new smart key for my Jaguar XK on Ebay which turned out to be defective. Jeff did his best and was kind enough not to charge for his service. No car dealership would do that. Lesson learned, don't buy key fobs online even if it seems like a good deal. Would do business with him again.

Recently, I needed a spare key made for my 2015 Yamaha fz07. I called to inquire about pricing and availability to get a duplicate key made. Jeff was awesome! I needed a spare Tibbe key cut for Ford Transit Connect. The Ford dealership couldn't get me a key! Jeff to the rescue. Great service from first phone call, to prompt arrival, to fast service, to better price than Ford dealership (who couldn't even figure out how to get a key but if they did it would be $300 minimum.) Very friendly and personable. Not sure I'll need a locksmith again, but if I do, Good News Lock and Key are the only people I will call. Highly Recommend!!!
